Gary Miles is Company Director/Contracts Manager for Karline. He maintains a smooth flow of jobs and acts as a mediator between bricklayers on site and Agents/Manager should any problems arise.

A Bricklayer by trade (qualified 1984) Gary spent 16 years as a sub-contract bricklayer before progressing into management. His experience over the years together with his professionalism soon brought forth more contracts for Karline and he is well respected by those we employ for his fairness and excellent man-management skills.

Gary says of his role " It gives me the freedom to move from site to site and to gauge progress while planning ahead. Keeping in view on site keeps the boys on their toes!, but more importantly ensures I am contactable should any difficulties crop up, so that they can be resolved quickly and the job isn't held up".

Karline has had the opportunity to work with alongside such big names as Persimmon Homes, Rok, Midas and Costain, aswell as many smaller companies. Karline is keeping it's head held high in the difficult times we are all experiencing and we would like to think that as a company we can build on the success we have achieved and keep at the front of the queue when the industry picks up once again.


Geoff Perry was the founder Partner of the Company in 1997. He has 35 years experience working in the Construction Industry and has a trade background.

Although Geoff goes out on site occasionally with Gary, his main areas of responsibility within Karline are preparing the tenders sent in and all Health & Safety aspects, which is a very important part of the business. Geoff's CSCS qualifications are Contract Manager and Health & Safety Manager.
